I like to think my approach to real estate is a bit different than the norm. I purpose to focus on my client's needs and wishes rather than on selling them a house. This approach has made a significant difference with how I interact with clients. I realize that finding a home can be a challenge, especially for people who are relocating to the area. Blount County Tennessee and the surrounding area is a wonderful place to live. The natural beauty of East Tennessee is everywhere and if outdoor activities are your thing, you are coming to the right area. My family and I relocated to Blount County in 2009. I like think that I have regained a huge portion of my life because I no longer have to sit in traffic as a daily part of my life. One thing I love about the Knoxville area is that the must haves: hospitals, universities and shopping are only a short trip away, while the desirables: beautiful views, hiking, boating and fishing are also at our doorsteps.
